The perfect way to secure your dream item. A limited selection of pieces available to reserve before they are ready to ship. Pre-ordering allows us to produce intentionally, in small runs, while giving you first access to what is coming next before it is gone.
Items listed as pre-order will include an expected shipping window on the product page. Payment terms will be clearly shown on the product page and at checkout. For pre-orders paid in full, payment is processed when the order is placed and an order confirmation is sent by email. Once your pre-order is ready to ship, tracking information will be sent to you.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are ready.
We do our best to ship within the expected window listed on each product page. If the expected shipping window changes, we will update you by email with the revised timing and the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected item for a full refund to your original payment method.
